RFID Usage Data
We may collect information on your usage of RFID, which is a unique identifier for each subscriber who registers for an EVNET Account to access a charging station (“RFID Usage Data”).
RFID Usage Data may be used as aggregate information to analyze averages, trends, and other anonymous usage patterns.
Use of Data
Ampure uses the collected data for purposes including to:
- Provide and maintain our Services
- Notify you about changes to our Services
- Allow you to participate in interactive features of our Services
- Provide customer support
- Gather analysis or valuable information to improve our Services
- Monitor the usage of our Services
- Detect, prevent, and address technical issues
- Provide you with news, special offers, and general information about products, services, and events (unless you opt out)

Payments
We may provide paid products and/or services within the Services. In that case, we use third-party services for payment processing (e.g., payment processors).

Behavioral Remarketing
Ampure uses remarketing services to advertise on third-party websites after you visit our Services. We and our vendors use cookies to inform, optimize, and serve ads based on your past activity.
Google Ads (AdWords)
Google Ads remarketing is provided by Google Inc.

- Google also recommends installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
Google Tag Manager
We use Google Tag Manager to track and analyze activities such as conversion events, file downloads, and page scroll depth.

Meta Pixel
We use the Meta Pixel provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. to track user behavior after a user clicks on a Facebook ad and is redirected to our website. This helps us assess ad effectiveness and sometimes retarget users.
- Data collected through this process remains anonymous to us, but Meta stores and processes it.
- Meta may associate this information with your Facebook account and use it for its own promotional activities, in line with its Data Usage Policy.
- You can manage your ad preferences within Facebook (see here).
- A cookie may be stored on your device for these purposes.
Retention of Data
Ampure will retain your Personal Data only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. Specifically, we will:
- Retain Personal Data as needed to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements and policies.
- Retain Usage Data for shorter periods, unless it is used to strengthen security, improve functionality, or where law requires longer retention.

Nevada residents may opt out of the sale of their Personal Information by emailing us (see contact information below) and including “NV Sale Opt Out Request” in the subject line. We will take reasonable steps to verify your identity and the authenticity of the request.
