These are the Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) for Ampure Charging Systems, Inc. (“Ampure”) websites found at ampure.com and charging.ampure.com/int (the “Sites”).

By accessing, using, or interacting with the Sites, you (“User” or “You”) agree to be bound by these Terms. Continued use of the Sites after updates constitutes acceptance of any changes.

If you do not agree with these Terms, do not access or use the Sites.

1. Representations & Warranties to Ampure

By using the Sites, you represent and warrant that:

User Rights:

5. Site Content & Disclaimers

  • The Sites are intended for users 18 years or older.
  • Information on the Sites is provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind.
  • Ampure and Associated Entities are not responsible for errors, omissions, or third-party content.
  • Third-party submitted content (reviews, ratings, comments) is used at your own risk.
  • Product information, pricing, availability, and promotions may change without notice.

6. Off-Site & Linked Content

  • The Sites may link to external websites (“Off-Site Content”).
  • Ampure and Associated Entities are not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or content of linked sites.
  • Users access all Off-Site Content at their own risk.

7. User Actions & Submissions

Prohibited User Actions:

  • Posting inappropriate, illegal, or offensive content.
  • Engaging in criminal, unlawful, or civilly actionable conduct.

User-Provided Material:

  • Any ideas, feedback, or submissions may be used by Ampure freely and without compensation.
  • By submitting material, you grant Ampure a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use the material.

Accuracy of Information:

  • Users must provide accurate and complete information when interacting with the Sites.

  • By using the Sites, you consent to receive electronic notifications from Ampure.
  • You may opt-out of promotional communications, but transactional notifications may still be sent.

9. Purchases

  • Returns accepted within 30 days for unopened products in original packaging.
  • 20% restocking fee applies.
  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.

12. Termination of Access

14. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by U.S. law, specifically the State of Delaware.

17. Claim Limitations

  • Claims arising from use of the Sites must be filed within one (1) year.
